📖 About this place

Gokul Medh is an archaeological site about six kilometres from Mahasthangarh. Local belief ties it to the Behula and Lakhindar story. The mound-like form is actually the stepped base of an ancient temple. Standing amid village fields, it offers history lovers a distinct experience.

From Mahasthangarh take an auto or van for 15 to 20 minutes at BDT 50 to 150. From Bogura town a CNG takes about 30 minutes.
