📖 About this place

The Bangabandhu Bridge is about 4.8 kilometres long and links northern Bangladesh to the capital. Near its western end, parks and the riverbank draw visitors in the evening. At sunset, the huge bridge and river look picture-perfect. The wide expanse of land and water gives a distinct feeling.

🚌 How to go

From Sirajganj town it is about 30 to 40 minutes by bus or CNG for BDT 50 to 150. From Dhaka it takes 2.5 to 3 hours by bus at BDT 350 to 700.
