📖 About this place

The Hardinge Bridge is a steel railway bridge built in 1915 over the Padma river near Ishwardi. Sitting on the riverbank below at sunset and taking boat rides are popular. Lalon Shah's shrine and the Paksey railway area are close by. The sight of a train crossing is quite scenic.

🚌 How to go

From Ishwardi railway station take a CNG or auto for 15 to 20 minutes at BDT 50 to 150. From Dhaka, Ishwardi is 5 to 6 hours by train or bus.
