Magura is a quiet district built on the silt of the Nabaganga and Kumar rivers. It has few major sights, but rivers, ponds and village markets make for an easy rural trip. The Padma Bridge has made the journey from Dhaka much quicker.
🚌 How to reach from Dhaka
Buses from Dhaka take 3.5-5 hours via the Padma Bridge at BDT 500-800. Direct trains from Dhaka are limited, so many reach it by bus via Jashore or Faridpur.
