📖 About this place

Sagardari is a village on the Kapotaksha river in Keshabpur upazila. It has the poet's family house, a museum and a memorial complex. Books and letters related to the poet are on display. A Madhu Mela fair is held every March and draws crowds.

From Jashore town it is about 1-1.5 hours by bus via Keshabpur at BDT 50-100. Take an auto or CNG from Keshabpur for the last stretch.
